HomeGain Announces 2010 Top Performing AgentEvaluator Real Estate Agents

We are pleased to announce the Top Performing AgentEvaluator Real Estate Agents of 2010.

HomeGain real estate agents and brokers continued to have a productive and successful year, despite the bleek outlook on the direction of home prices nationwide. We are proud to recognize these agents for their high level of accomplishment in association with HomeGain’s AgentEvaluator marketing program.

In addition to highlighting the 2010 Top Performers Nationwide, by Region and State, HomeGain recognizes agents who had impressive results and are deserving of honorable mentions.
HomeGain is proud to quantify the successes of our AgentEvaluator agents in 2010 and we look forward to continued success for all of our member agents in 2011.

Here are some 2010 AgentEvaluator highlights:

  • HomeGain recognizes 46 of its member real estate agents who have received Top Performer awards based on nationwide, regional and state achievements.
  • Overall, in 2010 HomeGain’s top five Realtors earned an average of $103,122 in gross closed commissions from their HomeGain AgentEvaluator business and an average of 13 closed home sales (transactions).
  • We now have a  total of 975 member agents in the AgentEvaluator Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Million Dollar Clubs based on the following criteria:

- 2 agents are Million Dollar Club honorees, having earned over one million dollars in gross lifetime commissions from HomeGain business
- 26 agents are Diamond Club honorees, having earned over $500,000 in commissions
- 377 agents are Platinum Club honorees, having earned over $125,000 in commissions
- 304 agents are Gold Club honorees, having earned over $75,000 in commissions
- 266 agents are Silver Club honorees, having earned over $50,000 in  commissions

  • We now have a  total of 895 member agents in the AgentEvaluator Silver, Gold, Platinum and Million Dollar Clubs based on the following criteria:

Another Realtor® Added to HomeGain’s Million Dollar Club

We’re pleased to announce that Alan Shafran, Realtor® with Prudential California Realty, has reached the one million dollar mark in gross lifetime commissions with HomeGain’s AgentEvaluator® program!

Alan is the second real estate agent to be inducted into the HomeGain Million Dollar Club. Eric Pakulla of RE/MAX Advantage Realty in Maryland was the first AgentEvaluator member to reach the one million dollar mark in 2007.

Agent Success Newsletter – December

HomeGain emailed out this month’s Agent Success Newsletter today to its real estate agents and brokers.

The Feature Story was dedicated to agents who visited the HomeGain booth at NAR last month in Orlando. See featured videos.

The Question of the Month came from Kathy Hayes in Hermosa Beach, CA, who asked, “I just signed up on AgentView and want to start using the blog but am not sure where to begin. Under the News section, the newsletter summed up the success of the December 4 Ask the Experts event, offered FREE HomeGain license plate frames and announced that the 2008 Top Performers will be determined next month in January. (See last year’s Top Performers)

Under the Awards section, we congratulated the newest AgentEvaluator® Platinum Club, Gold Club and Silver Club members. These real estate agents represent our top performing real estate professionals nationwide and receive a reduced referral fee rate.

HomeGain Announces 2007 AgentEvaluator® Top Performers

Congratulations to all our top real estate agents! 2007 turned out to be a successful year for many HomeGain agents, despite the downturned market nationwide.

In 2007 HomeGain’s top five (5) agents earned an average of $198,000 in gross closed commissions from their HomeGain AgentEvaluator®business and an average of 23 closed transactions.

In addition to highlighting the 2007 Top Performers by Region and the 2007 Top Performers by State, HomeGain recognizes agents in each region of the country who had impressive sales with honorable mentions.

We look forward to continued success for all of our member agents during 2008.

Before I announce the Top AgentEvaluator Performers, here are some 2007 HomeGain highlights:

 

  • In 2007 HomeGain’s top five (5) agents earned an average of $198k in gross closed commissions from their HomeGain AgentEvaluator business and an average of 23 closed transactions.
  • Average successful agent closed 2.5 HG generated transactions in 2007; these transactions generated an average of $609k in sales volume per agent.
  • 619 agents earned in excess of $75k in gross commissions from their HG leads.
  • 299 agents earned in excess of $125k in gross commissions from their HG leads.
  • HomeGain’s average sales price was $244k in 2007.
  • HomeGain’s average home price remained essentially flat year over year in 2007. ($244,006 in 2007 vs. $244,040 in 2006).
  • The average successful HG agent earned over $24,900 in gross closed commissions.
