HomeGain Celebrates 9th Anniversary with a Trip to AT&T Park

On June 4, HomeGain treated its employees to a trip to AT&T Park to see the San Francisco Giants play the New York Mets.

Classified Ventures Chief Executive Officer, Dan Jauernig, and President of Classified Ventures Real Estate, Tim Fagan, flew in for the company baseball event.

“As HomeGain enters it 10th year, we look forward to continuing to delight our customers and employees,” said HomeGain General Manager Louis Cammarosano.

Although the San Francisco Giants lost 5-3, HomeGainers who attended seemed to have enjoyed the beautiful day and a fun time out at the park.

Last year we celebrated HomeGain’s 8th anniversary by going to an Oakland A’s game at the Coliseum. Continue reading this post

Blogging for Business in a Nut Shell

There are over 100 million blogs with a new one being created every 1.4 seconds. You may think that the last thing you have time for at the end of the day is to blog. But I’m sure it wasn’t that long ago when you may have thought the same about email.

If you have a Web site for your real estate business already, is it an efficient marketer? Blogs are becoming far more popular because they can help you and your business be found on the Internet.

Google and search engines alike, love blogs for the dynamic and regularly updated content and reward them with higher page rankings. This means that your prospective clients will have a better chance of finding you.

Give a blog the proper attention it deserves and soon you’ll have all the online exposure you desire. And, Internet buyers and sellers will identify you as the market expert for your area. That being said, creating and maintaining a blog can entail quite a bit of work.

2007 In Review – Top 10 Home Selling Cities

Turning over a new leaf at the New Year may be a very good thing this year for some as far as the real estate market is concerned.

Something like “Great in ‘08” seems to have a nice ring to it about now, doesn’t it?

Many of us are indeed ready for a fresh start and will welcome the New Year with open arms.

Personally I think that the bad news is about all out on the table and may be overstated by some real estate pundits, at least in some markets.

I did some checking yesterday, and a number of HomeGain member agents had great success stories in 2007 with just their HomeGain business. In fact, we have agents in CA, NV, PA, TX and VA that increased their HomeGain business, based on the number of closings, from 25% to well over 100% in some cases.

Imagine that!

Those same agents increased their business, based on commissions earned, by from 20% to over 100% again. And that’s just a portion of their overall business.

“Wow” and “Thanks” to All Real Estate Agents at Triple Play

This month two HomeGainers, Matt and Tim, traveled across the country from the San Francisco Bay Area to Atlantic City, New Jersey for NYSAR’s Triple Play Convention & Trade Expo.

Between the two of them over three days, they met almost 1,000 Real Estate agents from New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania! Wow!
