Although HomeGain was not an exhibitor this year at the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Annual Conference & Expo in San Diego, California, we sent our best representative, Max The HomeGain Gorilla, to greet hundreds of Realtors as they entered the real estate trade show over the weekend.

Congrats to HomeGain’s Max Mobile in the NYC area for winning “Best Decal” on August 17, 2009 at Metro Auto Squad’s Street Wheels’ show!

‘Best Decal’ was a new award for Metro Auto Squad. “All the attention was on our car,” said the Max Mobile driver.  “The gorilla made it a must see for everyone that were in attendance, especially children.”

The driver added: “Driving an ad car for the past six months has taken some getting use to, but I now love waving at everyone on the road.”

The wait is over — “Mini Max” has finally arrived here at the Emeryville headquarters!

A few months ago, Max, the HomeGain gorilla, found inspiration from the movie Austin Powers and decided to create a ‘Mini-me Max’ so he could attempt to conquer the real estate world.

Now that he has arrived, HomeGain is using its annual Office Olympics to welcome him to California.

(Hint: Mini Max measures approximately 5 inches tall. The bowl measures 17.5 inches in diameter and 12 inches high.)

With summertime here, Max decided to hit the surf and cruise around sunny San Diego, California, in a truck that could fit all his surf boards.

By November, when the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Annual Conference is scheduled, Max will be very familiar with the area!

Last week we “officially” celebrated our 10th anniversary by attending an Oakland A’s baseball game.
