This week we announced the launch of our 3rd annual Agent Appreciation Campaign, which is a way to thank our customers for their support and loyalty each year.

As part of the campaign this year, we are providing agent customers with complimentary white papers, a downloadable version of Home Sale Maximizer™ for their website and other special gifts, and encouraging agents to participate in a video contest.

“In addition to the day to day support and service we provide to our members, we think it important to highlight our appreciation each year through this campaign” said HomeGain General Manager Louis Cammarosano.

Popular tool becomes part of AgentView

It seems every other day a newspaper reporter or blogger takes note of Home Sale Maximizer.

After getting the value of his home on HomeGain.com, Max finds out which home improvements to make before his home goes on the market, and contacts the featured Realtor to ask questions about his market.

Home Sale Maximizer is an online home improvement tool home on a HomeGain survey of over 2,000 real estate agents.

Home Sale Maximizer helps consumers calculate which home improvements will increase the resale values of their homes.

We held our first all hands meeting of the year earlier this week at the Hilton Garden Inn in Emeryville.

We reviewed our 2007 accomplishments that included:
