I would have selected, “Agents who don’t answer the phone and/or respond to emails”.

There must be a mistake. “REO agents that don’t return phone calls and/or sit on your purchase offer for days” isn’t there.

How about unrealistic buyers. Somehow there is a perception (at least here in Atlanta) that a good offer is about 75% of list price….that is unrealistic and would probably get my vote.
