Joseph G. Ferrara is an attorney and real estate broker. He has practiced real estate law in New York City for 25 years. He also owned a boutique real estate brokerage based in Manhattan. Joseph is publisher of the Sellsius Real Estate Blog. It is one of the most popular and respected real estate and marketing focused blogs in the country.

In 2007, Sellsius was named one of the Top 3 Real Estate Industry Blogs in the Swanpoel Trends Report and Joseph was chosen one of the Top 25 Most Influential Real Estate Bloggers for Marketing and How-to by Inman News. The Annual Sellsius Top Women Real Estate Agent Bloggers Award honors the country’s top women bloggers to bring attention to them and the growing movement.

In 2009, Ferrara Co-Founded, a current real estate news aggregator combining mainstream and social media news.

Joseph speaks at industry conferences across the country on the subject of blogging and internet history last summer by traveling 10,000 miles across the country in an RV in the first ever real estate Blog Tour. With a partner, they visited 35 cities interviewing consumers, real estate agents and online real estate companies about the present and future face of real estate. Hopes are to create a documentary of the tour.
