Jay is a HomeGain Guest Blogger and the founder and blogger behind the Phoenix Real Estate Blog
Nicole is a HomeGain Guest Blogger and founder of Effecktive Solutions. Nicole also recently founded Sacrilicious Marketing with fellow HomeGain Guest Blogger, Mary McKnight.
