Here’s the HomeGain big dawg, on a panel at the BloodhoundBlog UNCHAINED Social Media Marketing Conference, sponsored by Zillow.com. Pretty impressive under fire.
For a guy who wonders about the efficacy of social media marketing, he gets it.
Thank you for your participation, Louis. You done HomeGain proud.

Excellent job of responding. What I liked about what Louis said here is that he conveyed the idea that HomeGain is a business partner with Realtors. He expressed the idea that HomeGain can help fill the gaps of lead generation.
To me this is where HomeGain comes in. They help me fill gaps in my pipeline of leads. I believe leads are the lifeblood of a Realtor and I want to have several sources of those leads – in case one source dries up.

It’s absolutely true. There is a very big difference between what HomeGain does and what an aggregator does foor consumers. Besides, leads are not free to anyone anyway.
You either work your tail off for them and assume the marketing costs or you pay for them.

I agree- Homegain is a business partner with realtors- as vendors- we all have the responsibility to remind Realtors that we are there for them- our businesses only thrive if they thrive so our products and services have to work and be of high quality. I think Louis was particularly adept and positioned to say that. Well done.
