If you got something to say, say it while supplies last!

Calling all real estate agents and brokers!

Are you steamed up or confused about something in your every day real estate business? So impressed with something that happened in a recent transaction? Or have an idea that would improve real estate businesses?

We know you have lots of things on your mind. Now you just have to type it out and email it to us!

When your submission gets posted, we’ll also send you HomeGain MP3 Speakers1 (photo shown here). We’ll even try to get them to you in time for the holidays.

It’s our way of saying thanks for your contribution. The more posts we have on our blog, the more interesting our blog becomes to you and all of the HomeGain Blog readers.

Forward this along to your colleagues, friends and family, too! If they have something to say that is relevant to residential real estate, we want to hear from them.

At a session at Inman News Real Estate Connect in New York on Wednesday, Kevin Boer, founder of 3 Oceans Real Estate Blog estimated that perhaps only 7 out of every 100 real estate pros will be able to successfully maintain a blog with writing interesting enough to keep people regularly visiting.

I think the HomeGain Blog is on the right track for being a tool for agents so they don’t have to manage their blog, only to see it not do well (after spending a ton of time on it).

He advocated including Instant Messaging on a real estate blog so consumers can reach you instantly with questions. In his case, he has IM questions from his Web site forwarded to his cell phone so he’s always reachable. Good idea to simply put that on your real estate website in general.
