The answer is yes.

As of May 2006, HomeGain has been offering a program called Advanced Internet Marketing Solutions (AIMS) to the real estate community. AIMS provides a guaranteed number of monthly leads. The AIMS program also guarantees a valid point of contact for each lead.

The agent will receive email notification when the consumer signs up on the AIMS website. The system will automatically post the agent’s listings on the AIMS website “featured listings” page.

The administrative tools allow an agent to track a consumer’s property searches and saved properties. The site will automatically send out property updates to the consumer. The agent can customize the list of cities being covered and being displayed to the consumer.
