REALTOR & Blogger, Howard Hanna Cleveland City Office
Cleveland, Ohio

Carole Cohen is a real estate agent in Cleveland, Ohio. Carole has lived in four different states, and one thing she’s learned is how lucky they are to have the kind of housing stock available in NE Ohio. Whether it’s one of the streets in Shaker Heights with the stately Van Sweringen tudors, or a classic western reserve bungalow, an 1860 era cottage in Ohio City or a ‘jetson’s’ ranch on Lake Road. They have brick, stone, clapboard….in some states you are lucky if you can see brick homes! Lastly, she feels that they are very fortunate to have the historic housing stock. Carole is passionate about houses and loves finding the home that makes a potential owner smile.

Carole Cohen’s background is varied. She’s worked in the private sector, taught Social Studies, worked for non-profits. She says she can be a bit geeky about planning and development issues…..oh yes, and music and baseball and reading, too. What she really love is getting into a dialogue with people about issues that affect NE Ohio. Twenty years ago she never thought she would move back to her hometown. But now that she’s back in Cleveland, it would be hard to pry her away.
