Andrew Duncan and his wife, Angela, lead a team of real estate agents, The Duncan Duo and Associates, at the Keller Williams Realty office in South Tampa, Florida.  Andrew is also on his office and regional board of directors for Keller Williams Realty. In the past year, their team has exploded onto the Tampa real estate scene nearly tripling their business in the last year. This drastic growth was recently featured in a HomeGain Winning Agent Call. The team has focused on innovative technologies, getting back to the basics, and consistent lead generation. They are now the top selling (units and volume) agents in their office and highly ranked in the State of Florida for Keller Williams Realty despite the shifting market in Florida.

Andrew has been a HomeGain agent since 2006 and is a member of HomeGain’s elite Advisors Group, and a Silver Club producing agent.  He was featured in the February issue of Florida Realtor magazine discussing his usage of tech tools — including HomeGain’s AgentEvaluator.  The Duncan Duo & Associates is on pace to have $15 million in sales in 2009.
