HomeGain Seasonal Headers

Last October, HomeGain displayed its first seasonal header. It was an animated Halloween header pictured below.

It wasn’t long before Max, the HomeGain Gorilla got into the act.

Max made his debut appearance on a HomeGain header just in time for Thanksgiving last year:

Ever since, all HomeGain seasonal headers have featured Max.

Max followed his Thanksgiving header with an appearance in holiday attire:

Max also helped HomeGain bring in the New Year:

On the next page you can see more Max headers.

Max Returns From India, Excited About Upcoming Events

Max recently took a trip to Kerala, India, to take a break from discussing whether the Obama stimulus package will make a difference for the American housing market in 2009.

A cool 100 degrees Farenheit, he was thrilled to be in this beautiful “land of coconuts”. He’s traveled the U.S. and visited Paris and Africa but not India before. Keralans, or Malayalees, are so friendly and hospitable.

While taking a boat ride in the backwaters near Allepey, the boat pulled over to cut down fresh bananas, pineapples, and, his favorite, coconuts.

They even let him drive the boat, which is made entirely out of coconut trees!

Surprisingly, he could get an internet connection and cell phone reception out in the middle of all these coconut trees and water. He knew HomeGain had launched a new survey and couldn’t believe all the news coverage it was getting!

Max had to get back to the U.S. anyways for the upcoming Ask the Experts real estate forum and he’s hitting the road again in a fleet of “Maxmobiles”, this time in New York City and San Diego, CA.

He also can’t wait for a sneak peek at HomeGain’s August 3rd Live Nation event in San Francisco — stay tuned!

Max in the Mail!

Recently we sent out a couple hundred Maxes to HomeGain customers.  We received quite a few emails from delighted real estate agents across the country. Here is one we received from Debra Gravelle, of Moses Lake Realty Group in Washington:

Max, The HomeGain Gorilla

“Hello to my friends at HG!

Yesterday I got the news that I would be listing a home for $525,000 from a BuyerLink lead. Yippee!!!

I  took a listing about two weeks ago and we have a contingent on a home they want to buy. This listing referred me to their Mom that has a home on Moses Lake to sell.

So that means in the last three weeks:

Two listings from your leads. One of them will buy with me as well.

One referral from one of those leads that happens to be his Mother.

That is a total of four transactions when the listings sell and we are priced right.

What a treat when I got home and Max was in the Mail

That was the icing on the cake for a banner day. Max is my hero.

I took him to the office today and he has the best seat in the house. He rides a pig that has wings and of course he holds on to the wings so we can soar together.

See for yourself.

I have attached a couple of pictures of the two of us.”

MAX a Hit at NAR Again

Thousands of real estate professionals descended upon the HomeGain booth to learn about HomeGain.

On Saturday and Sunday Mitch Ribak and Joe Ferrara participated in our “Meet the Experts” program.

Joe gave blogging tips to visitors to the HomeGain booth and Mitch talked about how to use HomeGain’s Buyerlink in connection with capturing and converting leads.

From Friday until Monday, Realtors lined up to win their own Max and to pick up a Max button.

We will have a complete report on NAR later this week.

Here is Max hanging around on Friday afternoon waiting for the show to begin!

What were your thoughts about the NAR Convention & Expo this year in Orlando, Florida?
