In order to get phone calls from clients, there must be a direction from you asking folks to DO SOMETHING, preferably NOW.
Here are some Call to Action phrases. They should convey ease and urgency. And don’t forget the powerful “FREE”.
- Call/email me now (Toll free? 24 hours a day) for help
- Search for all homes in my city, my state
- Get your home valued for sale today
- Sign up for our free seminars/reports/new listings, it’s easy
- Order your free copy today
Great tips Jessica.
I am going to add several “receive an email of all properties currently for sale” calls to action to my website. Even though my website is updated daily with all new properties and I offer several property search methods some people get so overwhelmed in their search that they want a Realtor to just email them a list of homes within their criteria.

Nice add, Marc. I’m a big fan of making things as easy for potential clients as possible. The custom email choice you mention is super, and I hope you don’t mind if I put it into my “Tips for Realtors” toolbox!

I always call this the CTA and it is crucial in doing business. Far to often I see businesses and websites that I am on not have any type of instruction as to what I should do.
Consumers must be told what to do. I liked your post.

Great post! Instilling a sense of urgency and prompting seems to go a long way. It’s almost subliminal in the way that it drives viewers to perform the action.

Utilizing action words within your site or any advertising is smart business. You should always try to call your reader into an action you want.
