1) What types of communication should be done after the first contact with the prospect and up until they decide to work with you? ie: drip email (if so, what types of informative information can you send)or phone calls? etc.
2)What do you say when you leave a phone message for a lead when you cannot get in touch with them? How often do you call if you cannot reach them? If the phone # is bogus, do you contact/follow up via email in a similar fashion?
