Ask HomeGain – November-December 2011

Q: The BuyerLink free landing page does a great job at generating and capturing leads. Since I’m converting leads so well, I would love to use it in some of my other marketing efforts. Are there any rules against using this page outside of BuyerLink?

A: As a BuyerLink subscriber, you are free to use the landing page however you like! We highly recommend implementing the landing page in some of your other marketing strategies so you can receive traffic from other referral sites and pay-per-click campaigns.

If you decide to use the landing pages for multiple marketing sources, you can still use the statistics tab within your control center to track all of your activity. In the statistics area, you can see the number of visitors who came to the site as well as the number of leads. What you’ll want to pay close attention to is the referring URL next to each lead/visitor. This tells you where your visitors are coming from, and which one of your marketing campaigns needs a bigger investment, or downgrade.

Some agents have kept the URL we have provided for the page (i.e. http://demo.rightlanding.com) or purchased a domain that reflects their brand. Then, they take this domain, put a re-direct link on it so that visitors are sent to the landing page and are able to maintain their brand while achieving the same conversion rates.
