QUESTION:

“When I send out Buyer proposals through AgentEvaluator®, I want to include listings which might interest the buyer. Can I do that?”

ANSWER:

Yes, you can attach up to nine listings to any of your proposals. When you are responding to a lead, scroll to the very bottom of the page displaying your proposal template and find Step 6, “Add Listings to Your Proposal.”

Click the “Attach Listings” button and you will be delivered to a page which has two functions. The box in the middle of the page is titled Listings Search Criteria. This search feature allows you to find any listings you have uploaded to our HomeScout website. All HomeGain subscribers can upload as many of their listings or those of their brokerage that they want at no charge.

The box on the left, called “Selected Properties,” allows you to enter the URL of any listing posted on the web. You simply click on the “Add your own listings” link and a box will appear which asks you to enter the Link title, the Full URL and then Property type, Bedrooms and Baths. Click the “Update” button and the listing will be added to the bottom of your proposal.

To capture the listing URL, get on the internet and go to where the listing is posted (i.e. Your Featured Listings page on your web site or your MLS). Click on the individual listing and then right click on that listing.

A box will pop up and the last menu selection will be “Properties.” Click on that and a box will appear which contains the URL for that listing. The URL is in the middle of the box. Then, just copy and paste that URL into the correct field mentioned above.

The consumer who receives your proposal will see the brief property description and can click on a link which will direct them to a page displaying your listing.
