Dear HomeGain,

I recently signed up for the Max Points program that started a few weeks back. Is there something extra I need to do to get points? Do you keep track of them for me? Also, what can I redeem my points for?

Hi Eric,

We’re excited you found the Max Points reward program! You can earn these reward points by doing everyday things in your HomeGain control center like responding to leads, uploading listings or attending HomeGain training sessions. For example, you get 5 points automatically if you respond to an AgentEvaluator buyer or seller within 1 day. If you get twenty leads in a month, that’s an easy 100 points! If you attend a training session at homegain.webex.com, you’re eligible to receive up to 250 points for each different training session you attend. There are dozens of ways to get points and HomeGain tracks everything so you don’t have to.

For a full list of ways you can earn points, log in to your account and go to http://www.homegain.com/agent/maxpoints/earn for a full breakdown of point values. In a few months, we will be adding new features to the Max Points program including possible prizes for redemption, leaderboards and other fun improvements! We wanted to give you some time to earn these points before redemption was possible, but stay tuned for future news!
