QUESTION:

“I’ve heard that you have a Guaranteed Lead program at HomeGain. Are they really guaranteed and what is the guarantee?”

ANSWER:

The HomeGain Guaranteed Lead program does provide buyer leads which have three guarantees. The guarantees are as follows:

1. The agent can request a specific quantity of leads per month. The lead packages consist of 20, 30, 40 or 50 leads per month.The leads may not arrive in specific numbers each month and that is why we run the program in 90 day cycles. For instance, if an agent requests the 20 lead package, that would mean that HomeGain is responsible for providing 60 leads over the 90 day cycle. If HomeGain is unable to provide the full complement of leads, the agent is not billed for the next month until we live up to the full 60 leads promised in the first 90 day cycle.




2. Each lead will have at least one valid point of contact, either a valid email address or a valid telephone number.




3. If the agent receives a lead which does not contain a valid point of contact, it does not count towards the first guarantee. Another lead with a valid point of contact will be provided in order to fulfill the 60 lead guarantee.

The HomeGain Guaranteed Lead program has two methods of delivering guaranteed buyer leads to agents:

1. The first method is a complete turnkey solution which not only provides the leads, but also includes a full web site with lead capture capabilities and an IDX link.




2. The second method will utilize the agent’s web site which will need an IDX link to satisfy the potential buyer’s desire to view active listings on a local MLS. It will also include a HomeGain lead capture page designed to increase conversion rates and provide more leads with valid contact information.
